Hi,
when I was at a local trade show I found 3 new items
that
knocked my socks off. The first one is a magical
swirl shawl by Jojoland in their merino
yarn called Melody which I have in 6 different colourways. While this shawl
looks complicated you just knit a swirl and then knit another one off the
first swirl and on you go until the shawl is completed.

The second item was a Ruana by
Sweaterkits in a wonderful colourway called Wild Flower. It is a merino yarn
that knits on large needles and is done in no time.
The third item is those hard to find 25mm
needles. We have them in straight and circular. The knitting tips on the
circulars are wood and the length of the needles is 100cm so it is great for
really large bulky patterns. The straight are 14" long and are wood.
I am attempting to get the yarns and kits that
are
not on line posted and this is the first one. A short sleeve cropped
cardigan in a hand dyed wool called
Morgana. The main body of the sweater is knit in a variegated yarn and
the matching bands are knit in a tone or tone hand dyed colourway that picks
up a colour in the variegated main body.
Check out the current special on the home page. We still have lot of the
bamboo angora scarf kits for
only $15.00, and lots of Knit Pick needle
sets. Ready to try your hand at making
thrum mitts or slippers? We still have lots of kits in a wide range of
colours. Need a hand knit gift and don't have time to knit it, check
out our samples that are for sale.
Take time to knit, it's is relaxing and generally
good for your health and well being,
Rochelle
