May 2012
be a year that brings you and yours health, happiness and prosperity and
brings all of us world peace.
Hi,
I got a few more things on line but in the process of tidying up I
discovered all kinds of things that aren't on line, no wonder they
haven't been selling. I will work at getting them posted on line as soon as
I can and will let you know when I have them listed.
For those of you living within a
reasonable driving distance from my store I will be open for business
Monday January 2 to Friday January 6 from 10am to 5pm daily. No
appointment necessary, just drop in! If you would like to come
outside of those hours please feel free to call and let me know when you
would like to come and we can work out something. Don't forget to click on
the underlined words to get more detail and
to order.
You may want to keep in mind that the annual price increase on postage
occurs on the 16th of January for parcels.
The Clever Cat Knits left me, along with
the usual silk & wool or baby
alpaca scarf or shawl kits, a number of other yarns. She has moved to
Newfoundland and has a new web site (
http://www.clevercatknits.com/)
and the hand dyed yarns that she left with me are now listed on line and on
sale. check them out.
I have a bamboo, wool and angora yarn called
Panda on line. Great price-- 4 balls of the yarn and a cowl pattern for only
$15.00. Available in 5 colours.
Another cowl that I just designed and made
in a
soft elegant French alpaca and wool yarn
is listed on line and before I got a chance to
put it on line a number sold so I only have a small number of the kits left.
I got a number of request to carry the smaller sizes in
Double
pointed Harmony knitting needles for socks, mitts, etc. so I have added them
to the needles that are available from the Knit Picks line of needles. (3.25
to 5mm)
I
am now able to offer 2 new luxury yarns at a very
reasonable price. One is Mink and the other is
Yak, don't worry
no one is getting killed for this yarn, it is hand combed or plucked to be
spun into knitting fiber, Treat yourself to something really lovely.
Don't forget to check out the
WEEKLY SPECIAL which
is listed on the home page again.
Take time to knit, it's is relaxing and generally
good for your health and well being,
Rochelle
We really appreciate it when you
post something on a knitting website about us or when you pass our web site
address on to friends, coworkers and family. Word of mouth is still the best
way people can learn about us. Thanks for your support and we love to hear
from you with suggestions, ideas, requests or whatever. |
